Stage 1: Excavation - breaking ground for your new home

  • Preparing the soil for your foundation and grading the lot
  • Laying the underground plumbing systems
  • Pouring the concrete foundation

Stage 3: Drywall - starting the finishing touches

  • Your home takes shape as drywall is hung and finished
  • We're installing cabinets and finishing trim
  • Interior doors, paint, countertops, and flooring are put in place

Stage 4: Completion - your home is ready for you to move in!

  • All work is near complete and inspected
