leader that provides provides independent customer satis-
faction research. J.D. Power conducts follow-up customer
surveys at programmed intervals that let us know your
feelings of how Centex has performed in delivering an excep-
tional homeownership experience.We use the information you
provide as valuable, additional research in our constant
efforts to improve our product and our customer service.
In addition to our Two-Year Fit & Finish Warranty, we pride ourselves on making
warranty service easy for you to obtain. You can submit customer service
requests by visiting our customer care section on-line. Providing an easy
way to access customer service is yet another way of showing you we'll be there
to provide customer care long after you've moved into your new home. It's just
